Ring Not Sending Notification While Streaming Hulu

Hello, My fiance is getting notifications on our Ring Doorbell however I am not getting notifications when our doorbell is rung or when moton is detected. She is setup as an authorized user while I am the owner. While at work I stream and listen to music or video through Hulu. Will this cause me to not get any notifications on my phone? I have checked and made sure Ring notifications are turned on in the app and on my phone. I still get texts and calls but do not recieve anything from Ring.
