We have a “Neighbor” actual Ring name who keeps posting reports of dogs, gun shots, sirens, etc. I followed his posts and discovered sometimes his camera shots show a horizontal street with a couple of trees and other times no trees. The real gotcha is when he/she posted their porch view and the street was a cul-de-sac. Then posted about their work and how he/she is the general manager. So how do I block or have this spammer removed?

Hi @ConcernedZ. You cannot block a specific user. On the Neighbors app, you can tap the three dots in the top right corner of a post to see more options. From there, you can select Hide Post to hide an individual post, or Report Post to report a post for violating the Neighbors app guidelines. There is an “Unhelpful, Repetitive, or Inaccurate” option in the report menu. I hope this helps!
