Ring login on android

searched here. Didn’t see the same problem. On my Samsung phone, I try yo login, but get “Your session has expired.” what makes this different is I can log in to Ring on the browser page (PC) - same username/password.

Hi @requiredusername. I would recommend the following troubleshooting steps for your concern: Verify your Ring app is up to date with the latest update. Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. Disable any active VPNs on your phone. Try logging in with wifi off or vice versa.
