Ring is showing the wrong timezone... Fix?

As the title says, my Ring app is showing my time zone as GMT, when it should by EST. How do I correct this issue? I've poured through this forum and I've seen this issue posted a few times, yet no real resolution.

Hi @Carson0524. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you using a VPN? Does this happen on WiFi and cellular data? In your phones settings, does the Ring app have permissions turned on and allowed? If you download the video, does the timestamp on the video also display GMT? Thanks, neighbor.
