Ring app not allowing me to sign in
troubleshooting

Trying into the app, tried various devices and getting the following message: 406 Not Acceptable

    I have the same issue. If I pause my VPN, it allows me to sign in. So you can protect your house, but Ring won't allow you to protect your devices.

      Hi @user_9d130a. Were you able to log into your account? Try also using other web browsers and make sure you have no VPNs active.

      Hi @user_4c9576. VPNs are not compatible with Ring. This Help Center page will explain why.
