Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam offline and top button does not work
My camera went off line and will not re connect. The only instruction is to re connect by pushing the button on top of the camera (the only button) which should start the blue light flashing or to push and hold for 30 seconds. No matter what the button does not seem to make anything happen. I have a blue light on solid but it will not do anything. I have followed all instructions, turning off our WiFi completely and turning it back on again. I haven’t had this camera long and I just don’t know what to do. We have a lot of Ring products so can’t simply afford to turn to a different camera brand. We have had other issues as well but this is the most annoying. Please help.
