No events are shown on device timeline

No events are being shown on my devices (Ring doorbell and ring camera). I have to go into the device settings > event history to view the events.This started around 12pm MST and has not shown any events since. Happening on the ring app(yes, I made sure it is up to date.. yes, uninstalled and reinstalled the app). I have an Android but it is also happening on my wife's Iphone (yes, our phones OS's are up to date) . The battery is fully charged on the ring doorbell device. The ring cameras are hard wired. Any help would be greatly appreciated !
