Motion alerts always disabled after switching between accounts

Wondering if anyone else has run into this annoying issue? I'm using Ring cameras in two different locations with each location under its own account. All of the cameras in each location are also shared with the other account so I can monitor both locations regardless of which account I'm logged in to.Here's the issue. On iOS, when I sign out of one account and sign into the other with the Ring app, all of the motion alerts and ring alerts for all cameras/doorbells are always switched off rather than recalling the previous settings. This happens every time. I've updated to the latest app and it's still broken. I can only assume this is a bug since it would make absolutely no sense to disable notifications like this by default.Am I missing something?
