Hello-We recently set up the modes feature for our Ring system. My wife and I both have the Ring app on our phones and she was added as an authorized user to the account. But often it seems the modes switch from one to another without either of us having done so. Also, when we both look at the dashboard one of us will show one mode while the other shows a different mode. Can anybody help?

    Hi @user_7bc3b5. If your Modes are switching on their own, give our support team a call for further assistance. They can look into it deeper than we can here in the Community.
