Live view not working on my phone but working on my wifes
Wondering why the live view feature isnt working on my android device but works perfectly on my wifes exact same android device? Guessing there is an android setting I have wrong... any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks in advance

I switch phone carriers and got new phones and now my ring says to set up all my stuff but when I say just I said try to set it up again it tells me it has the owner

I have the same issue. Were you able to resolve the problem. I agree it must be an issue with the phone if someone else can access ok on their phone. In this case we are using iphones
