Live Dashboard not working

Hi, the dashboard isnt working as it had been loading till prompting reconnect. Kindly assist to rectify as I could not receive any notification when someone press the doorbell. In addition, the wifi is working fine. Please see attached screenshots. Thank you

    a ton of people are having the same problem. i think there is a problem on rings end and they dont know how to fix it. when i called ring the only solution they gave was for me to buy a new one.

      I have been having the same exact issues. Very frustrating. Makes having the cameras pretty much useless.
