Invited to be shared user, nothing in account

Hi all! My daughter recently bought a Ring doorbell for the house and sent me an invite by e-mail. I have my own account set up on the e-mail address that the invite was sent to and, upon clicking the ‘Manage Access’ button on the invite, it takes me into my account and to the Shared Users page but I just see: Locations (Owner) No location found Locations (Shared) No location found with no option to do anything else. Have we missed something?

Hi @user_7937ac. Try having your daughter remove you as a Shared User entirely, then resending the invite. When you go to accept the invite, do so from a laptop or desktop computer rather than your phone.
