Hmm seems to be a problem.
trying to reconnect my doorbell cam because it keeps going offline for last couple of weeks. am getting like everyone else, the 95%, and then giving up .. I have checked to make sure the 2.5 GHz is on my internet and even brought a Chime Pro because it takes 5 GHz as well .. but NO not working. I live in Australia so I can not call overseas. And the useless YT clips are vague/ to say I am frustrated was me 3 hours ago. Now I am plainly disappointed and will be checking up with ACCC. I am not so sure it is legal to sell a product like this in a country when no support or customer service is offered. I have read so many comments from people who have a similar issue as I do., and frankly, am disappointed in the lack of customer service in fixing a problem that seems to be built into the app and product itself.
