Event counter on dashboard tiles missing

troubleshooting

Dashboard used to show event activity counter for each camera on the camera tiles. That is gone now. To look for events now, each tile needs to be opened. I have 12 cameras…. this is nuts!

This has happened to me as well. It is (or was) a really useful feature. I don't want to have to scroll through the timeline of each camera, either. I thought I might have changed a setting somewhere but this does not seem to be the case. Very annoying.

I invested in three ring products that require a yearly subscription. The counter is or was an easy way to be notified of newer events without the needed of notification pop ups or sounds. This needs to be put back and please do away with the Best of videos that automatically shows up under neighbor events notifications

This is a huge miss! If Ring does not fix ASAP, will switch to a different product. By removing the “unseen events counter” they have downgraded the usefulness of the app.
