Download Snapshots

Hi, is it possible to download a range of snapshots, either from the app or from the cloud? Currently, the app allows me to download individual snapshots one at a time but I’d like to get a video of all the snapshots taken over a time period. Thanks.

This is a great question, @Ssaroop! At this time, recordings and snapshots can only be downloaded individually to your mobile device. As we always value our neighbors' feedback, feel free to add this request on our [Feature Request Board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24). This way other neighbors can share their interest in one place, that we can organize and share with our teams here. :)
