Compatibility with iPhone 16 Pro

The ring app does not work with my new iPhone 16 Pro.  It does work on all my other devices, desktop, iPad and iPhone 12 Pro.  Is this a compatibility problem?

    Hi @user_660459. Is there a specific part of the Ring app that isn't working, or are you unable to download and log in at all? Do you have a VPN installed on your iPhone 16 Pro? Feel free to share any screenshots or video recordings demonstrating what you're seeing on your end.

      When I go to sign in, instead of the sign in screen, I get the following: oauth.ring.com 406 Not acceptable The app works just fine on my iPhone 12, iPad and Mac Mini desktop. Thanks

      Hi @user_660459. Try removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring app. Make sure that you do not have a VPN active, as this could cause issues.
