I’m having trouble saving any settings I set with my shared users. Every time I make a code for them to use the alarm it keeps saying the changes could not be saved.
Hi there, @Jaf1995! When sharing or creating a PIN code for shared users or guest access, please ensure it is a 4 digit unique PIN. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device when attempting to save this settings. If possible, try completing this process on another mobile device as this can rule out many variables. I hope this helps! :)
