Can’t connect to Ring-2fb534 WiFi
ios

My ring video doorbel lost connection with my WiFi and I want to connect to the ring doorbell with my app I push the orange button and the white lights are spinning on the bell. The app wants to connect but it can’t. It says that it cannot connect to Ring-2fb534. Sometimes it will connect end than it says that it found my network and when I agree it loses connection again.

Hi @Stefkeuutfryslan. I would make sure you have a few settings on your phone configured, then try again. First, make sure your have wifi assist/smart network switch as well as bluetooth off. You'll also want to make sure that you have location turned on. Make sure that you are on the latest version of the app and you should be able to connect. Also, reset the device by pressing and holding the orange button for 20 seconds, then releasing. This should allow you to connect. Best fo luck!

Hello,Wifi assist is on and bleutooth off, and it still does'nt connect. Sometimes it does connect with a Ring netwerk but then he stops by searching for available networks. He asks wich whit led is on (Left, Right, up ore down or nothing at all) but at that time the wite leds are still spinning... And the white led's keep spinning around all the time and then turn off. I seems to me that the RING doorbell does'nt transmit a Wifi network. I don't see a RING network when the white led's are spinning...

Hi @Stefkeuutfryslan. Thanks for following up! Since the above mentioned tips didn't seem to help any, try contacting our support team. This is odd that it will not connect and our support will need to investigate what might be happening. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
