Cannot Access Live View and History

I have an iPhone11+. I cannot access Live View and I can't play history dated after 3/29/2020. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app and phone SW is up to date. Same issue on my iPAD Air and my wife's iPhone 7+.

    Issue resolved with the help of Ring support. I reset the wifi on the Ring App and everything works again.
