Annoying notifications

It is so frustrating that I can't select which notifications to get on my phone. I want to be notified if there is someone at the door but not when every neighbor posts about missing pets, people walking around, etc. It would be nice to have the info in my feed if I want to see it but the constant notifications on my phone is annoying. It shouldn't be all or none. There needs to be a lot more flexibility to select what is important to me.
