Alexa Greeting

Hi I have the Ring Pro 2 and a compatibke alexa show device. When we purchased the camera and connected it just to test it the alexa greeting was available and it worked. 2 days later we have mounted the camera and now when I go into smart responses menu the Alexa Greeting is no longer there!!! Ring cam is set up correctly with the alexa app and both accounts are linked. What am I doing wrong? It worked properly and suddendly dissapeared from the app.
