Smoke detector issue
I have two smoke and carbon monoxide alarms that will not connect to my system, no amount of taking batteries out or rebooting the alarm base has worked. I've done all the trouble shooting suggestions to no avail. This post is my last step before returning the alarms and getting an alternative alarm detector kit to work with old non-ring smoke detectors.

Hi @cdemario. It sounds like you may need to reset the Z-Wave signal on the device. This can be tricky if you've never done it before, so I would suggest reaching out to our support team to walk you through the correct procedure.
