Security base station
Hello I am preparing to purchase a security system bundle for my new home. My question is the home is VERY big. If we have one base station downstairs can we have a second one upstairs? I am concerned if the downstairs alarm goes off what if we can’t hear it upstairs on the other side of the house ? Can we have two base stations in the same home so we can hear the alarm ?

Hi @user_764d7a. You cannot have more than one Base Station at a location. If you are looking to add a device that can play the siren sound when your alarm is tripped, I recommend using an Amazon Echo device. This page will give you the steps on how to enable Ring Alarm sounds on an Echo device.
