Schlage lock code will not arm or disarm ring alarm

Hello,I have installed a Schlage BE469ZP lock. It has connected to the ring alarm and I can lock and unlock via the ring app. However, it will not arm/disarm the Ring alarm. -I have ensured that the “mode settings” are on to allow codes to arm and disarm. -the code will lock and unlock the door via the lock keypad. Which is the same code used on the ring keypad. -I have removed and reinstalled the lock from the system and still have the same issue. I have ensured that the codes are also listed under “lock access” With all the troubleshooting steps above entering the code on the lock keypad will not arm or disarm the alarm.
