Hi @Jim12. Our Ring Smoke and CO Listener does have different light patterns that indicate different status for the device. For example, 3 flashes of blue indicate it is not connected to Base Station. Continuous flashing blue indicate the device is pairing with your Ring Alarm. Which of those 2 patterns do you see on your device? Have you verified the status of your Smoke and CO Listener in the Ring App? The status of the Smoke and CO Listener device can be found in the Ring app menu where you see the list of Ring Alarm devices, the Smoke and CO Listener will say either "Actively Listening" or Offline.
