RING SECURITY - ALEXA ROUTINE STATUS CODES

I am trying to set up routines on my Amazon Alexa to alert us when an entry delay has started or when a battery is low. Below are the status code Alexa lists as different status the sensors have. Does anyone know what that all represent?

I am also trying to setup a Routine in Amazon Alexa for my Ring Smoke Detector Listener and I am looking for the same information. I would hope that someone at Ring would be able to offer some insight.
