Hi @user63670. Follow these steps to do so: 1. Open the Ring app. 2. Tap the top **menu (≡)**. 3. Make sure you’re on the right Location setting, then tap **Settings** 4. Tap **Users & Pets**. 5. Tap your name which should be under Owner 6. Tap **Reset Access Code.** * Enter a four-digit code, then re-enter the code. 7. Tap **Done.** 8. Tap **Save**. I hope this helps! 🙂
