Can we be able to turn up the volume of the Entry Alert? Currently it is difficult to hear.

    User Solution

    Hi @anakin. As @user63814 mentioned, you can adjust the volume on your Keypad and Base Station in the Ring app. This will affect the volume of things like chirp tones, but it will not change the volume of the alarm siren itself. Navigate to the Devices list, select your Base Station or Keypad, then tap the Audio Settings tile.

      Yes, you can increase the volume of both the keypad and the base station in the app.
