Keypad Sound stopped working

My keypad sound became garbled and then abruptly stopped working about a week ago. The keypad still functions but no sound. I have checked to make sure the firmware is up to date, I have reset the system. After a reset it comes back for a few minutes but then garbles and drops off again. This seems to be a known QC issue, I've seen dozens of posts. I need to get it replaced but I have no way of contacting help. I get stuck in this endless community support loop.
