Keypad 2 not responding
I never had any issues with the Ring alarm until today. The keypad was low on battery so I plugged and noticed had lost connection with the base. Removed the device and when trying to re add says it needs a factory reset.. very frustrating as I spend 2 h doing all sorts of troubleshooting.. Tried 10 sec with the pin to force the factory reset while plugged .. the network light flashes then goes to red and then disappeared but didn’t seem to do anything. Also tried to hold number 5 and then press the reset at the back without success still the device not recognized. Last thing I tried to remove from z waver and while looking for the device pressing for 5 sec number 1 but again without result.. I’m quite desperate and need it working please any suggestions, can I get a working keypad replacement? Thanks
