How to turn off the security system base station

It seems weird that there is no way to turn off the base station. The 24 hour power back up is a useful feature, but that you should have added a power button too which helps to power off the device when required like if we’re moving from one home to another and need it to turned off for a few days. Now it looks like only option is to let the battery backup run out by keeping it on for 24 hours or we will have to remove the battery backup. Please add a feature to have an option to turn off the device, so that we don’t have to remove the batteries or worry about the notifications from Ring about the battery backup active message
