External Siren Tamper

Is there a way to clear the tampered state of a siren, we have a sire which is at the top of a 3 story dwelling , so each time we have the tampered i have to hire someone to get up to it and investigate, so far it has happened twice and both time there was no reason as to why it would happen. Its mounted perfectly and the base-station is within 20 feet and on the same wall as it. I cant see anywhere to turn off the tamper alert and its in an area that it s unlikely to be tampered with - surely there should be a way to turn it off from the app - or some log as to why its triggered at least -
