Does an automatic 2 band modem cause any issues connecting to the internet

My home internet has an Arris automatic 2 band modem. Will this cause any issues in connecting my Ring base station to the internet?

Hi @Ragtimejoe. That shouldn't cause an issue when setting up your Ring Alarm Base Station. If it does, you can try setting up a guest network for the Base Station using only the 2.4GHz connection. :)
