Constant open/close alert

Question

I open a window and the contact sensor  is flashing blue. Also I get constant open and close alerts.  Once I close the contact it stops.  Thanks for your help.

Hi @tsfv32. The Contact Sensor will flash blue and trigger an open alert when the window is open, but it shouldn't constantly trigger an open and close alert. Is the Contact Sensor on a metal surface or near anything else magnetic that could be causing it to constantly trigger? Metal or other magnetic surfaces can cause interference with the signal.
