Can't remove motion sensor!

Hi, i have a ring alarm with 2 motion sensors. One of them is broken, so it is seen as offline by the alarm. How can i remove it from the sensor list ? (i've seen how to remove it but it must be functional to do it) I have notifications all the time on android app for this sensior ... :frowning: Thank you

Hi @DavDavDav. Since this sensor is broken and can't be removed with the typical removal process, you can try removing it a different way. In the Ring App, tap Devices > Motion Sensor > gear icon in the top right > Advanced Options > Remove Failed Device > Remove. This should remove it from the system without requiring it to be functional, that way you're no longer notified about this sensor. I hope this information helps! :)
