Cannot link MyQ to Ring?

I had opened MyQ app on the phone and clicked on "works with" and selected ring. It opened the ring app, but no connection way made? I also shared with another user. They downloaded the ring app. Before signing in to my account, Garage door was an option in "set up a device". After signing in, the option disapeared? How do I correct this?

Hi @user771966. Where are you located? This is only available in certain areas. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055393191-LiftMaster-myQ-Smart-Garage-Control-Setup-and-Use) has more information on setup and use for the MyQ integration.
