Hi @user30634. I'd recommend reviewing the information in [this thread](https://community.ring.com/t/white-noise-from-base-station/45498/13) here since your question sounds similar. It's likely just the fan inside the Base Station, so I'd recommend checking to ensure the vents on the edge are not blocking the airflow. If that doesn't work, you can try rebooting your Base Station in the Ring app under Device Settings > Advanced Options > Reboot System.
