Base station started dropping offline in the past few weeks

Literally no changes to anything on my network or environment unless Ring autoupdated firmware without notification. A few weeks ago, my base station started dropping offline. According to the router, it seems to have a problem holding onto its DHCP reservation. Without any DEAUTH, it seems to drop (lease time: 365d) and then rejects offers and then just stays offline for a few minutes to a few hours. It's working, because local sensor activity is reported (chimes) by the base station. Tried powering it down (battery out) with identical results.

Hi @woijer. Would you mind reaching out to our support team for this concern? They'll be able to take a closer look at what may be going on with your Base Station, as well as provide troubleshooting support in order to resolve this. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)
