Base station repeatedly battery backup/power restored

The base station, within 1 second or less, send messages that it is on battery backup & then power is restored. This just happened to me no less than 30 times in a row & woke me up from a dead sleep at 2:30a. However, today is different because I received a text from my internet service provider that they would be repairing/working on the internet and the service would be interrupted during this time. My guess is when it repeatedly occurs like this that it is the ISP doing maintenance & there is nothing Ring can do to fix the interruptions in signal while maintenance is on going. Just my guess, I am not too techy & know nothing about how any of these systems work. It does happen every so often without my ISP notifying me of work. Are these small interruptions in service from my ISP the reason for so many notifications in such a short period?
