Base station registration

I registered a base station to the wrong location and want to deregister that location and register at a new location. I registered and am using another base station at the location and so can not see the original base station. Aborted the setup. How can i do that?

Hi @drachung. You can only have one Ring Alarm Base Station set up per Location in the Ring app. If you have already removed the Base Station from the original Location, you should have no issues setting it up at the new Location, so long as there is not already a Ring Alarm system set up.
