Ring Alarm
Base Station not working
The base station is no longer working after a storm came through even though it was plugged into a surge protector. I’m not sure whether I just need a new power cord or need to replace the base station as well.

Hey neighbors! If your Base Station is registering as offline in the Ring app, or connected to cellular backup, please try reconnecting your Base Station. In the event that your Base Station is not reconnecting, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). UHello, I have exact problem but without lightning and storm thing. The base station just won't work after reporting power loss when there was no lost of power and it was clearly plugged in. I can't contact your support because I am user in Croatia(Europe) which is valid but no phone number for Croatian customers .
