Hi there, Twice today we heard our door bell ring inside and there was nobody at the door. After i checked the Ring app I saw that it said”Answered ring”. Here’s a pic for reference. What’s going on with the app?

Hi @user_77fb6a. Try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps from this happening again. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
