Amazon buy refurbished alarm kit not work my region

I order from amazon usa. The refurbished alarm system kit not work . The base station show not support this region. I install in Canada . How can I do ? return and re-oder ?

Hi @user_0a6a9b. Since you ordered the Ring Alarm kit from Amazon, you would need to initiate a return on Amazon. If you were trying to purchase a Ring Alarm Pro, it is only designed for use in the United States.
