Alarm 2nd Gen Hardwired outdoor siren not detecting

Hi I have tried two transformers on my out door siren both are working as in its powering the siren as it went from offline to online when I turned the power on. However the siren isn’t showing as hardwired in the status of the siren and I can’t get the Led to work presumably because the hardwired is not detected ? The transformers are 12v / 12w and 12v /20w led drivers … is this the wrong type of transformer or am I doing something else wrong or is the siren faulty ?

An update the hard wired has appeared now it took some time may be an hour but now the hard wired is showing in the app the back light led is now glowing outside.
