Hi, I just moved house and I am trying to change my address in the ring app, but is not available in the drop-down box, or when I add it manually at the end shows an address from a different city. How can I do it? Thanks.
Hi @Samys. This is something that our support team can assist you with. I'm not sure of the specific process, but there is a form they fill out to update the mapping that the Ring app uses.
