Hardwired doorbell battery needs to be replaced. Can I order battery plus screw driver from Ring directly? If so, how?

Hi @user69255. First, can you please clarify which model of Ring Doorbell you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. There are no replacement batteries for a hardwired Doorbell, so knowing specifically which model we're working with would be helpful.
