My RING doorbell (hardwired) has losing connection off and on the last few weeks. When it started I did a reset by holding the button in on the back for 20 seconds and it helped for a few days and then....back to the same thing. I removed the doorbell and sat it beside my router and RING told me that it was my internet and the signal going to the doorbell. Make it make sense.

Hi @user80253. If your Doorbell keeps falling offline, I would also suggest rebooting your router. This Help Center page has other steps you can try as well for your concern.
