What doorbell do I have?????

I’ve had my ring doorbells for a while and I’m so fed up of having to keep charging them I decided to get the solar mounts from Ring. My doorbell has no QR code but a barcode. It does not have a USBC socket but a mini USB.I got in touch with Ring who told me it was a ring doorbell version 3 and they sent me a link to that solar panel that was compatible. It turned up and it doesn’t fit!The app doesn’t identity the model number. It just says ‘video doorbell’.Can I find out the actual model number by the serial number and if so, where can I do that?
