Hi @user22779. You can purchase a hardwired transformer [here](https://ring.com/products/hardwired-transformer) on Rings website. You can also purchase a hardwired transformer at any of your local hardware stores or shop online for one. It does have to meet the specs of 8-24 VAC, 50/60Hz. I hope this helps! 🙂
