Hi @user47655. A strong wifi connection is important for optimal performance from your Ring Doorbell. You can learn more about wifi signal strength, and troubleshooting steps on how to improve it, in [this Help Center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength). It's possible you also have insufficient wifi speeds, which are affecting the stability of the signal. There might also be other devices nearby that are causing interference with the connection to your Doorbell.
